DVLA contact

Can anyone suggest how I can contact DVLA?

I sent my V5C for uprating at the start of December and I have heard nothing. Their waiting time page says they are processing documents from 21st January and its well over 6 weeks so I tried to contact them today. Neither telephone nor web chat was available as they are too busy.

I'm getting a bit concerned as I have no proof that they actually received my paperwork

Update - I finally managed to get through to DVLA and it looks as if my application has been lost.

They are sending me a replacement V5C (with the original details) and I need to resubmit the application.

What a pain

Just as well I have no immediate plans to go abroad

There can't be much room left through that crack in the mailroom floor boards.
One day a sparky or plumber will have to lift the boards to do repairs and find the "lost" mail
The space behind the filing cabinets must have filled to bursting many months ago.

3 cheers! I finally got my updated V5C back on the second attempt. They lost it last December and advised me to resubmit. It finally arrived this week.

They must have found my original application because I have received a second V5C in the post today

I applied to register an old tractor for the first time three weeks ago ,v5 came Wednesday , quickest IV ever had one back, and what's more it's all correct.
