Drop down bed Rollerteam 696

The drop down bed has stopped fully rising to the roof. It goes down and stops half way up. MH is only 9 months old and local dealer has late August to book in for warranty work. Any ideas on what might be causing this would be appreciate.

The only thought I can come up with is a blockage in the runners.
Does it slowly descend to a stop or get to a point of no longer wanting to rise ? If the latter then power issue like one of the wires is caught.
Have you got a manual lower and raiser ?

Any screws coming loose on the rails? This happened to us, stooping the bed coming down

Update on the bed
Child restraint netting had got wrapped around the motor. Easy fix once I had stripped back the mattress and untangled it.
