Drop down bed nylon bush squeaks

What’s the best lubricant for the nylon bushes on the drop down bed arms? This is on a 2020 Autotrail GF70, whilst driving, each side seems to take it in turns. It’s so noisy it keeps the driver awake!

Spray with silicone, whatever you do don't use WD40 it will them, it's makes nylon swell.

Spray it into the cap and use a thin paint brush to get it where you need it, else you’ll create an unpleasant dust magnet for dirt.
