I have to drive to Hungary next weekend and i didn’t recevie a V5 from Dvla :(
I sent them the V62 four weeks ago and they said its take another 2 weeks to get it.
How can i go aboard if i dont get it before im traveling?

Wouldn’t risk it. Have been asked for it twice during random checks, once in Spain and once in France. Met someone who had his car impounded on the Croatian border in similar circumstances to yours.

I was in the same position a couple of weeks ago waiting for a V5C. They emailed me an Export certificate which will act in place of V5C, or so they tell me. Ring them and explain your situation, they admit that they are running two weeks behind so it's their fault.

I’ve been pulled a couple of times and the first thing they ask for is driving licence, passport and V5.
I personally wouldn’t risk it.

Very glad I saw this thread, I had completely forgotten that even with a new vehicle you don’t get a V5 on the day. Just had a phone call to say our new van is going to be ready 10 days before our trip to Spain. I have spoken to DVLA and apparently if the dealer has the RAV electronic system we should get it in 3-5 working days (haha) if not then the ordinary for a new vehicle is 2 weeks. If it doesn’t arrive then 5 days before ferry crossing they would issue a Temporary Export Certificate.
I suppose our other alternative is to wait for new van until December which would be so hard.

Thank you for the info.
