Hi John, been searching through and cannot find name. Eden and I stayed at one next to Monkey World on our way to Studland beach last year.

I f you Google map that may come up. I will keep looking. But hopefully you will find one closer. Sandancers

It might have been Primrose Fields.

Acton field camping site, cycling to Studland involves back roads and a hill though about 5 mile.
There were a couple closer and one had the steam train run at the bottom of the field.

The area around Harman’s Cross and the steam railway line has a few sites. The one we used to use right by the station, doesn’t seem to be open any longer☹️

Thanks Joy I found Primrose fields but they allow fire pits and that's not for us

Def try Acton fields. Lots of walks, cycles and not too far from Studland.

Nordon Farm Campsite would maybe suit, choice of ehu or not, right beside Corfe Castle & Steam Railway, been there liked it, nice walks, farm shop etc, might be a bit busy this time of year, so pre booking might be best(y)
Funsters had a rally there organised by Wombles.(y)

I stayed in a hostel near Langton Maltravers last weekend on a swim holiday and we went to Studland. If you are a National Trust member the parking is free for the day at Studland Bay ( I think it’s £12 otherwise) and there was day parking specifically for motorhomes.

Thanks everyone we have found a CS now Church farm at Church Knowle, the reviews look good, it's £16 per night for 3 people without EHU, I will post here when we know how good/bad it is. We will try some of the suggested sites in later trips so thank you for the suggestions.

We enjoyed Acton Field Camping - impressive coastal vista. Also a great view of Nine Barrow Down too. (y)
