Dometic RM 8501 (1 Viewer)

Good Evening
My very good friend has a Auto-Trail Tracker EKS with the RM 8501. He is away on a trip on a site with electric. His fridge will not work on 240v but he is unable to find the 240v socket this fridge is plugged into within the van. He has checked all other 240v fuses and are all Ok. The fridge will work on gas and on 12v when traveling. Has anyone who is familiar with this MH point him in the right direction.

I assume he has checked other 240v sockets.
Has he checked trips haven't tripped?
