Dometic CT4110 cassette replacement cap

Hi Guys I’m currently in Navarrenx a little to the west of Pau
Have inadvertently dropped the cap of my cassette down a dumping point never to be seen again .
I’ve tried few dealers but to no avail , going to contact Narbonne accessories tomorrow as they are closed today
I’m told they carry a huge amount of spare , failing that can anyone suggest somewhere where I can definitely source a replacement or even a whole cassette

If you can't get sorted out with a French supplier, would you be staying anywhere long enough to have one sent from the UK?

Is it worth checking that a more common cap would fit yours?

Big Cork or bung or even a strong plastic bag and rubber band in the meanwhile?

If you are really struggling, shout up and I will buy one and post it to you.

Yes that is the correct one , and thank you for your kind offer of posting a replacement
I can easily source a Thetford cap as they seem available but don’t think they fit the Dometic cassette

As already suggested, a plastic bag and rubber band - or string and bow knot works fine. I used this for several weeks after losing the cap when we were in Sicily.

Sorted , after contacting four different Dometic agents and none could supply a Dometic Cassette cap I finally struck gold after calling in at a Bavaria dealers just outside Pau and they wanted to sell me a complete cassette but I managed to persuade them to sell me the cap only

Amazing that few emptying points have anywhere safe to put the cap. I expect there must be a lot lost to the drains.
