dometic 7401L fridge

we have noticed that we get an orange light on the display when in use on gas, and if we turn to 12 volt it changes to green, the fridge appears to be working is this a possible fault, any help would be appreciated.

Check out page 8. It refers to the Dometic 7401L but also the 7271 version which is the same. It goes yellow/Orange in normal gas operation
