Depends on what chassis its on... 06 was a change over year for the Ducato

Put your reg number in somewhere like eurocarparts and it will show you suitable items.

If your vehicle is Fiat or Peugeot just remove the front wheel and physically measure the diameter AND thickness, if you have 15” wheels the bolt circle should 118mm , 16” should be 130mm.
Then look at the Brembo website, it’s very good and has the drawings for the various disc options so you can make a comparative check, record the Brembo part number. Do Not pick a different size to what is fitted as the calipers are matched. Look at the brake pads on brembo at the same time.
then buy from the likes of gsf / sas / europarts And pick the Brembo option.
In case you do not know, Brembo is the Italian brake equipment manufacturer, good products.
I did both front and back discs on my heavy chassis 2015 boxer a few months back.
Would also be a good idea to verify your manufacturers vin plate, the axle weights tell you which chassis type you have.
