Direct Ferries !!!! Are they really as thick as they sound

WE contacted Direct Ferries for help as we were looking at a crossing to the Isle of Man

Their website only goes up to 7.5m and we are 8m plus bike rack makes it 8.5 (towed makes it 14m)

So asked their helpline LOL for a price

this is the answer from a human being after the Autoresponses

So I have made a sarcastic response in sheer frustration at it taking 4 emails to even get this answer

I found that speaking directly to the Isle of Man Steam Packet company was the best way. We sailed from Heysham. Their online system is only for passengers & private cars, bookings for large vehicles including motorhomes must be by phone or in person at the port.
