Well, we’ve just moved out of our house and are now fulltiming. We were supposed to be collecting a new Rapido i1090, but due to a bizarre series of emails from the dealer, we are having to look elsewhere.

Has anyone out there in Funster land had experience (good/bad/ugly) with Dethleffs A class?

Or the dealers Pullinger?

We are considering looking at this model, but its a 3-4 hr drive from our current location, so trying a bit of a recce first

Cheers M’ Dears

You might look at their Le Voyageurs when you are there........ Pullingers appear to have a good reputation but I have never dealt with the. Family company

Cheers, we did like the Le Voyageur we sat in at the show (think that dealer was Signature) The model was a 7.5m and the Island bed a bit tight, but I notice that Pullingers have a 7.8m island bed also in stock, so prob worth considering. (y)

No direct experience of that model, however we have the Dethleffs Magic Edition. Very happy with it. Good build quality and spec. We would definitely look at another Dethleffs if changing.

I have that exact model.2017 globetrotter lxi premium. Love the van but I’ve had a nightmare experience with the dealer BC motorhomes in Ayrshire Scotland so cant comment on pullengers for sales or after sales asked for there help with getting warranty work done and they weren’t interested In helping so guess who will not be getting 140k from me when I want a new van. As for dealing with Dethleffs direct youve more chance of talking to Elvis. The van itself is a great piece of kit warm well built and a great design pity about after sales think that’s a big let down when spending that kind of dough.

I bought our new Dethleffs MH from Pullingers after a hard time trying to get Our local Dethleffs agent ( 20 miles away BC In Ayr) to Even give me a price for a new van , Barrie & Scott at pullingers (400 miles away) have been outstanding & well worth the 800 mile round trip to use them , I’m pleased with the Quality of Dethleffs & would buy another
