I guess you mean it doesn't matter if it is on 12v or 240v. If this is the case I would think it will be an internal fuse or relay as you're getting power to the LED? Sounds like you might have to open it up and have a nosey 🤷

For info, we've been running a 60l 24/7 for approx 1.5 years without issue.

Cheers

Dear Red, thank you for try help me, firs I have 60L so sory for mistake, Yes it is does not matter if is 12v or 240v, Fuse is ok because light inside is on when opening cover but we check and I enclose pictures from inside, inside are just 2 electric boxes, power to led going and we also open led and pictures we enclose. Led panel is warm when connected, visual check of capacitors and they are ok, also other connectors ok, probably electronics engineer must check main electric board from led and find problem because what we see, main board where are led, stering everything. Led panel is easy open just lift where is little notch and cm by cm lifting around.
But if someone reading our post and have same problem, please let us know, when we sorted this, we wll post what was the problem.
We think that is easy fixed and cheaper that buy new one.

Regards
Ana

Yes, you are probably right with regards an electrical bod.

If you have it still open it may be worth just unplugging each connector and reconnecting them again, it works sometimes.

If I get time before we go away again I will open ours up and see if I can gain any more information with a multimeter for you.

Cheers
Red.

Dear Red, Oh thank you very much, we have multimeter but we do not know how check but we will unplug like you say in weekend, thank you again, many thanks.

Good Afternoon Ana,

Thank you for your enquiry, I have spoken with the workshop in relation to the issue you are currently experiencing. They have advised they believe this is an issue with the PCB. As the item is outside of it's warranty, this part would be chargeable. The cost of this part would be £30.94 including the carriage of the product.

Providing you are confident fit this part we are happy to supply a replacement for you. Attaching this part will involve carefully removing the display before swapping the PCB's over. We believe this will resolve the issue, however we are unable to guarantee this.

Kind Regards
Joe (Team Dellonda).

Wow, £30 sounds a good price for the PCB (its the board in photo 1 and 2 that you posted).

Should be easy for you to replace (y)
