Do you have to have a printed form or is it acceptable on your phone?
Anyone in France know the answer to this ?

We couldn’t find a way of doing it electronically. We printed it off signed it, then took a iPhone pic, and sent that in which got approved. We also carried it with us, but wasn’t asked for it.

If your doing tunnel then by pre doing the paperwork makes it a lot easy and quicker. All the staff were very grateful for us doing this, which surprised us, as we assumed everybody would do it. Apparently not.

No PCR into France if you are double vaccinated and can prove.

As for the self declaration forms, I uploaded nothing, printed signed and carried with me. Never asked for them.

Pay money kit arrives, tell them result, they give you no existent certificate. Go and do what you want.
