We are needing to Matriculate it into Spanish plates and require a Certificate of Conformity from Peugeot. We are in the process with the PSA (peugeot/citroen) group in France but have to provide the vehicle mass (weight) but there is no sticker in the vehicle beyond the VIN silver plate in the engine. We are assuming this may be because when Carthago converted the base van they removed the label. Has anyone any idea where the vehicle mass identification may be or who to contact at Carthago to get the information for the Certificate of Conformity to be processed. Many thanks for your help.

You could try going on The Carthago Website, from memory having registered, I scrolled through to Technical, then saw an option for customer enquires, typed my question in the box/e-mail given, waited 48 hours and had a detailed though being German, limited response from their customer care team.
You could also try joining The Carthago Owners Club for £10 a year membership, we have one in the UK, but I would imagine they also cover the whole of the EU. Its very useful to share all points/problems/queries with other owners, and they really do try and help.
Give as much detail as possible, date first registered and where, date purchased from where, the dealer etc.
Good Luck.

Doesn't your V5 have the permitted max weight? Or do they want the weight of the actual vehicle unladen?

Sorry I'm as much use as a chocolate teapot.

I think you should also have a COC from Carthago, there should also be a Carthago plate somewhere with the weights on,this over rides the base vehicle one.If it is still on GB plates you can log on here https://www.gov.uk/check-mot-history it may have the maximum permissible/revenue weight shown.
