The maker should be stamped or printed in the top right hand corner, luckily not the one you broke. If it is the same as mine, you cannot buy direct. Either contact Autotrail, quote the maker, and they should be able to help. They couldn't with mine, but you could be lucky, as a friend was using this route. Or your dealer. I think mine was something like Plasform, from Holland or Belgium.

It's not just bad, it's outragious. Autotrail should help replace if that's what happened.

Yes that is what happened. The window should be fixed not opening.
