Hi

Trying to help a German neighbour here in Spain.

He has a Cytrac DX satellite system. There is power to the control panel but the dish is in the up position and refuses to move at all.

My thoughts might be the interconnect to the satellite dish from the panel?

However, you experts on here will know. Maybe a factory reset of some sorts?

Many thanks

Apologies for the delayed reply but at the NEC show this week.

With the Cytrac you can reset the electronics by holding down all four buttons on the control panel for 10 seconds or, if that fails, you can release the 13mm nut on the side of the roof unit to lower the dish where it is so it's safe to travel.

I know you've left site now but maybe someone will pick this up and it may come in useful for others to know.

Many thanks elamessa for the tag!
