Curtain Track - Where From?

Afternoon all

We need to replace our curtains in a 20 year old Lunar Roadstar and wonder whether exiting fittings are available or whether we need to change!

This is the existing track (we're replacing the pelmet too)

This is the fastener attached to the curtains that just 'pops' into the track.

If not available, anyone suggest a good alternative?

You can buy the track from B and Q
as for the runners it could be an eBay thing.
