If you use the search facility you'll bring up plenty of previous threads containing all that information.

And you can get them for vehicles heavier that 3500Kg. I got one for my 4500 A class without any problems, using the official site that is linked to in post #5

My interpretation is you only need one for Paris inside the peripherique so don’t worry.

No, used to be central ZCR zones within four French cities, but is expanding significantly to include regional ZPA zones that can be activated at any time in case of high air pollution readings or poor weather. ZPA zones include autoroutes passing through them and are expanding rapidly across the country.

ZPA restrictions will be broadcast on local radio stations and can change daily, which is not very helpful for us foreign types. The whole thing is becoming quite messy and complex.

Edit: Not sure where EuroDisney is as I have no intention of ever going near it, but the Paris ZPA zone area can be seen here along with daily updates on current restrictions to traffic:

Yes there are a few ZCR zones now, what I should have said was that the only ones with any restrictions currently are Paris inside the peripherique and Grenoble for goods delivery by motorcycle in Class 0 strangely enough, if you download the "Green Zone" app it gives you up to date information about both ZCR and ZPA zones.
