Crazing on gel(?) coat

Any suggestoins as to what to do with this? I believe that he body is grp and this is on the rear bumper (Mirage 5000).

That is quite common on boats, maybe worth giving a chandlers a call or even looking up boat gelcoat repair
 
Stress cracks which you will see on many vans, had some on a van a few years ago when it was two years old.
 
That looks way to random to be stress cracks, are you sure that’s Gel or might it have been painted with something (that is now starting to craze) ? If it’s been painted then it’s time to rub it down and repaint.

you could be right it does look more like paint surface shirkage...
