Is it better to cover your motorhome during a winter period when not in use?

Clearly there are those that do, but generally the opinion is no,
due to damage to bodywork from flapping covers and straps and the promotion of mould both insde as well as outside due to lack of air flow

winter cover up?

use turtle wash wax from halford realy easy to use 2capsful to a bucket of water no smearing will keep the van nice and clean from streaking

We never do, if we don't go away in it at Christmas we just it a give it a good scrub in Spring when we are ready to go off again.
