For a bloke that doesn’t consider himself confident in the kitchen, I don’t think today’s effort at a ‘three bird’ roast Christmas dinner, with my own cranberry stuffing, was too shabby :xgrin:

Only fail was that I was half way through before I remembered the roast parsnips were still in the oven.

Anyway, there’s only me and the dog to complain if anything wasn’t cooked properly.... and he’s an ‘eat anything’ type of Labrador :xrofl:

Snap!!!!

did exactly the same 3 bird roast. Yours looks better than mine as only had (rooster spud) roasties, mange tout and chantenay carrots.

nearly threw the “Tec Tower” oven out of the window, though.....

Looks delicious, eat and be merry, Happy Christmas ???

Michelin ****. I am very impressed, but I have to ask, what is a Three Bird?

Turkey, duck & chicken roast, wrapped in bacon.

It’s when you get really lucky

After yesterday’s excess, I’d need three to help burn the calories off :xThumb:
