Has anyone got experience of comfort breakdown and recovery especially in Europe

I’ve only had them out in the uk, rac van came out within half an hour towed me a short distance to a lay-by and got me going within half an hour...

I have a 6.5m 4250kg van and he said if he can get me going a truck will come and take to a garage or wherever I wanted to go....

Have heard other good things about it on here..

Yes hade head gasket go in Spain some years ago I hade paid about £15 extra on break down cover was put up in hotel had hire car for three weeks was flown home hire car from Luton to Liverpool two weeks later van delivered to my home address spot on company been with them 20 years now.

Again only ever had to use them once. RAC turned up in less than half an hour, diagnosed problem and took me to a garage to get it sorted. Even offered to find a hotel 'cos the garage had to order in parts (we stayed in the van in the garage compound).

Mind it's AA who turn out in UK now and there have been less than satisfactory reports about AA on here.

Non starter in Sanlucar de Barameda, southern Spain. It took a while (4 different tow trucks) but eventually we were lifted on the back of a truck to Jerez with much style and all sorted.
Sorted in the UK no probs also.
