Cinderella toilet

Ive just started watching this

Spanish family and their adventures in their (my dream base vehicle BTW) van and they use a Cinderella incinerator toilet.
A search on here revealed nothing so I was wondering if anyone uses one and if so, what you think of it.
On the face of it, it looks to be an excellent idea, although I imagine, rather expensive.
