Looking at their map, they must be just about half way and starting return journey.

The Belt and Road initiative is about China improving its road and sea routes to Europe, so I guess this a MH using the road routes. Could it be support vehicle for walkers or something doing endurance challenge for charity. Wouldn’t seem to be much of a challenge just in a MH.

Since 1964 Gosh that makes me feel old.
Wonder if they're reading anyone's tattoo's? (y)
So many numpties have Chinese tattoo's & they'll happily tell you that "it's the Chinese symbol for love".
How on earth do they know what it says? o_O
I reckon it says beef curry with fried rice & a side order on noodles.
Can you imagine how stupid they'd feel finding out that they've been had?:LOL::LOL:

We had two Chinese motorhomes Park next to us at St Laurent sur Mer last year.
They both had large dents on their rear bumpers!

You say that but I was reading a web page a few weeks back showing a Chinese motor show and apart from the badges you could not tell the difference between our cars and their copies.
They had Range Rovers, Audi A6 and a dozen other popular models on show!
Don't know how they get away with it?

You are not far off, they are an Arts and Charity group doing an expedition across 70 Countries?they are filming the event and using the films to raise charity at home in China, they are from the Guandong/Hongkong region.
