Champagne Ardenne/Lorraine

hello, we are travelling around champagne and Lorraine at the beginning of August and would like to visit some champagne and wine producers where you can stop over, has anyone got any recommendations of place they have been to?

Can very very very much recommend an aire and French passion that we’ve just left.



16 euros gets you a couple of nights at a very nice aire, with shower, toilet, washing up facilities. Bins, water top up and dump (grey and black), a tour of the cellar, tasting of his varied champagne,

AND

a cold bottle of champagne, that they even provide glasses with

It was great.

Local shop, and bakers too.

Thank you, that looks like a perfect first stop off for us next week. About the right distance from Calais and the opportunity to pick up some fizz for the birthday girl we are visiting.
