I've just picked up a Spanish butane bottle from a fellow funster. Anyone know which size 37mb regulator will fit? (I currently have a UK propane Pol screw on regulator).

You require two things.
Assuming you are fitting the bottle into your van AND your van has a fixed regulator in the storage locker, then:
You need a Jumbo ADAPTOR (not regulator) That fits on the gas bottle you have photographed. You also require a UK Left hand thread POL pigtail as fitted to a UK dumpy 4.5kgs BUTANE bottle. That pigtail fits the Spanish adaptor.

Here's a photo of the type of Pigtail you require.

Ah, no I don't have a fixed regulator, mine screws directly to the bottle. Will the jumbo adapter fit to my regulator which is a UK Pol propane screw fitting?

In that case, you require a Jumbo REGULATOR.
It has exactly the same exit as the Adaptor therefore you still require a Butane Pigtail as above.
a spigot as shown below

The Reg, has a spigot to accept a tube going into your van, Thus,

I stand corrected. The adaptors have the LHT POL Female bolt pigtail.
All the Regulators I can find a photo of have the above spigot to accept a rubber??? tube.

Argh, it's getting complicated. I understand which regulator I require now, it's this one as per your photo. I would just have to swap the rubber tube over. However they only appear to be 29mbar, my van elderly van runs on 37mbar propane, I don't know if 29 mbar Butane will work?

It will work fine.

Back in 2002 when they changed over from bottle fitted Regs to Baulkhead Regs. they got rid of the difference between Butane and Propane and went for 30mbar. No one really noticed the difference. It will work.
