I use Enterprise who I think are reasonable, I know there is one Exeter but not sure about Torquay. Good luck. Smudger55

Have a look at Martin Lewis's website, moneysaving expert.com I used his links any got a car at Dublin airport for less than I paid forthe carpark at Heathrow

Ryan Air have tow bars and if your car fits in a cage they will tow it
