It's packed to the brim with activities for every member of the family, underpinned by a main stage of big artists, celebrity chefs and as the name suggests, plenty of cars. Two exciting events are taking place over the summer and we’ll be at both, running a Club Campsite to welcome caravanners, campervanners and motorhomers alike.

• CarFest South - 23 to 25 August 2019 | Laverstoke Park Farm, Hampshire

• CarFest North - 26 to 28 July 2019 | Bolesworth Estate, Cheshire

Members! Grab your tickets early!
As a Club member you get exclusive access to these highly sought-after tickets from 22 April.
Tickets to our CarFest Club Campsite are on sale NOW - get yours before they're released to the general public.

I just looked on the website.
It says register your interest. Does that mean you get tickets or you might get tickets?

Confused of Cheltenham :)

Unless I have misunderstood the email I received today the cost for 2 adults with motorhome will be:

£165 for your motorhome permit
2 x £178 for two adult weekend camping tickets which includes entry.

So £521!!!
Still want to go? You have to be a CAMC member and log-in to be able to book tickets before they go on general sale on 1st May.

That would go a long way towards 6 weeks in Beni and you wouldn’t run the risk of bumping into the Evans family there - so a win win situation! ;)

New to motorhomes 2019
Agree it's a lot of money but we've been 3 times camping and had a great time. It's pretty full on and a combination of music, motors, food and drink or 11-12 hours per day - what's not too like. For those with younger kids there are amusements, rides, activities and a fairground that are included in the entrance fee so no additional costs.

Decent music from a wide variety of past and present bands over 3 nights, trade stands, craft fairs etc.

And raises massive money for a great charity.

This year, now we are getting delivery of Moho we are booked on with that so even more expensive but we won't be worried if it rains and won't have to queue for showers and the dreaded chemical bogs.

Compare that to a half decent concert that lasts 2-3 hours and costs £60-£100 plus per ticket then it looks much better value, or a round of golf, a premier footie match, etc. Etc.

Never leave a campsite with your clothes line tied to a lamp post.
We have attended Car Fest South twice and enjoyed every minute of it and found it to be a near perfect mix of music and motors with plenty of other stuff on the side. However we think the booking information is / was misleading. We bought adult weekend entry with camping tickets AND a motor home ticket the first time and found it quite expensive. The second time we made what we thought was a mistake and only purchased the adult weekend entry with camping ticket and we thought that only gave us permission to camp in a tent. We booked into a nearby CL (which was awful) so then turned up on spec to see if we could blag our way in with the camper. Imagine our joy when the guy on the gate said that the "weekend camping" part of our ticket gave us a pitch for the motor home as well. I hope this helps but we've probably just added to the confusion....
