You cannot renew that unless there is a sale on, you'll need to choose another option.

Hi Vin, I did answer you. You bought that offer as part of a sale. So you cannot renew it. We do have an offer of three years at £39. If you buy that today it will be added to the subs you have left so you won't lose out

Thanks Jim I've already subscribed - no pm received from you that I can find but no worries. My error was misreading what I thought was an existing offer when in fact it was the previous 5 years that I had purchased and was about to expire. my bad

Your old subscription has been deleted and the week you had left on it has been added to the year you just purchased .
