Want to cancel Peterborough show (if not cancelled already ).Whats the best way /e-mail?

I thought The Peterborough show would have been cancelled some time ago, as if I remember correctly its the first Warners show of the year? Are you talking about the 2021 show?, were your tickets carried over to 2021?, Warners have been pretty good in paying refunds thus far.

Warners have been excellent when it comes to cancelled shows, you get a slot next time or your money back, no quibbles

I just emailed them telling them we couldn’t make the new dates, didn’t ask for a refund I said I’d prefer to roll the tickets over to next year, they said they would be offering that option at THIS years prices, so I guess they might be going up next year, who knows.

When I called to cancelthey said notices would be going out to all customers starting on the 5th July, know it is a Sunday but was told by 2 differnet members of staff. I only watd to cancl the entertainment and keep the booking for next year was told it would be all or nothing.
