Can we park overnight at Rosslare for morning Ferry?

I can see on the Stena website there is parking.No mention of motorhomes - but freight drivers must sometimes stop over.The ferry is just after 8.00 so stopping o/n on the docks seems favourite.Has anyone been recently?

Not been to Rosslare.
Travelled from Bilbao last week. No overnight parking there for the time being.

There is a long stay car park at Rosslare, but it maybe closed due to social distancing.

I'd rock up and see, early arrivals are not normally turned away, out side the port by the roundabout there used to be parking by the sea front, still there according to google maps.

Otherwise theres plenty of other parking around, car park and lay-bys at the top of the hill etc

Yes, we have done several times. Southeast of the terminal building, by the sea wall, furthest away. Sometimes there will be a tractor unit there too. I paid once (not much for peace of mind), but somebody in the terminal said nobody cared (this is Ireland after all). Last time we were there there was even an abandoned car there!
