We have a Thule Omnistor awning on our motorhome and when it is wound out (then Back a little to tension!) it appears to still be quite 'saggy'.

I have been told that I can adjust the tension but I've had no luck finding any advice or, preferably, a video.

Help please.

Please don't suggest 'cheap cola'! Sorry, cheap shot there!

Just wind it out , then wind it back in a bit .

Thank you BB but I already have something similar, and SD j I do that anyway as stated in my original question.

The problem is that when is is 'wound in/out' to give the greatest tension then the canvas is still not at all taught...very floppy.

Have you tried using the hold down kit ??

Might be a silly question but, you are inserting the metal tube between van and the awning as it can’t tension without it.
Please ignore me if I’m stating the bleedin obvious.
