Campsite near Legoland (1 Viewer)

Hello all, We have the grandskids on their way down from Stocton this evening, we had booked two nights in a hotel starting monday with Legoland short breaks. We have just recieved an email from them saying they have over booked and they are unable to provide a suitable alternative !!! can you believe it ? they have left it this late and the number they have given is a recording saying they are now closed.

So anyway I am now trying to find a site near to Legoland, we are members of the CACC butthey are booked. any ideas ?

. We did, had 2 nights in the staff car park. HOWEVER, that was quiet a few years ago so you have a good memory..
Thay only allowed it for a while and soon stopped it, unfortunately.
I did here you could overnight on a coach park in Windsor.. maybe search for sites has some up to date info.

Coach park next to Windsor Castle has been suggested, if you go there let us know as we are considering staying there and visiting Legoland with our grandchildren aswell !!

Thanks for the replies, I phoned the Scotlands House site, it looks nice so well located, but they dont open on mondays.

It turns out that the hotel has apparantly been requesitioned by the goverment for the refugees !!!

Yes you could overnight in the car/coach park in windsor next to the thames but that was a few years ago,there was also a site at taplow ,cheers pam

All sorted, the company sent us to another slightly better hotel in the end, was rather last minute.
