I know... my 4 day booking was changed into 2x 2days, had to pay on arrival for the first half, and today for the rest... what a lot of faff for £2.19 per day.
It's hardly going to make me choose to come or not... but if they put the money into the kitty, they might be able to afford the £23k they need to spend on the boiler system here.

All of my bookings are showing the original price. There's no mention of the price change on the website. So when do they adjust the booking charges?

It is definitely on the website, as follows:

In response to UK government guidance, we’ve reduced our Club campsite prices in line with the recent VAT reductions. This means that you will only pay 5% VAT on all campsite bookings from 15 July 2020! All you need to do is book your holiday as normal, and the discount will be applied when you arrive on site.

Just had my renewal for joint membership £58 and bit disappointed about not being able to use it so far this year --thought they may "compensate " for lost time a bit ?

Did you use any other member benefits during the closure, insurance, discounts etc?

Been a camc member for years but cancelled when renewal letter arrived this week. Don't think it now represents value for money. My choice and others may disagree, but that's democracy.

My booking should the "20%" VAT cost up to arrival at site. Warden then recalculated at "5%" VAT and reduced charge to this level.
