If anyone is planning to make use of the extra 2 day Bank holiday in June 2022 then it’s worth having a look at the Camc site today . They have just released the new dates . There is currently a queue to book .

Doesn't make sense who would want to go away on a bank holiday, IMO best avoided.
Most people who work will probably try and take advantage of the extra day 👍🏻

We live 100 metres away from the beach in one of Central Scotland's 'Bank Holiday Day Trip' where the local Council alleges that it cannot afford to enforce the 30 minute maximum stay [Fines start at £30 so heaven knows how much they pay Parking Enforcement Officers when there are often in excess of 200 over stay cars parked!]. If we take the car or Brunhilde we won't be able to regain a parking space until at least 7pm [7:45pm on Monday], so we clear off to a Certified Location or similar to avoid the hordes of burger buyers and distributors of chip papers and dirty nappies that scum bucket car drivers choose to leave at the kerb.

Just booked a weekend at York for next summer, compared to this year the price has gone up £10 per night based on two adults, £46 per night now

Ill be on a Triumph Trophy
Like it - our 4 pot has more or less the same size engine as the Blackbird and could cruise at 80 (Mph not kph) 2 up for as long as we needed it to, despite being built more for comfort than speed in comparison. It was nice to have the choice depending on how far and for what reason and with whom on what bike in what type of weather!
