My daughter was coming over from America on a trip and brought me a couple of Caframo fans for the Motorhome. We don’t have cab aircon and will try anything to stay cool when driving and from the reports I read these are the best on the market.
Have them fitted now and yes they appear super and give a good blast of air on your face although won’t know how good until in 40 degree heat!
Problem is, as per the photo, I think they look too LOUD in white and thought it would be a great idea to get car plastic bumper paint in grey and spray them to blend in with the dashboard. Sweetness and light thinks since they are fans and supposed to be white and painting them is a silly idea!
Anybody have any opinions?

Leave them alone until you've had a good try with them ... if you don't like them you can sell them on, but if you've painted them someone might not like them being grey! :D

... plus your painting might affect their aerodynamic qualities!

Decided to leave them as they are until after the holidays. Having also 'invested' in a Transcool and Endless Breeze fan we would have been cheaper buying a van with air con already fitted!
