Cab screen recommendation

Hi all
Looking at getting a set of cab screens for my citreon relay ( the shinny silvery things) any advice on wether I should go for internal or external and where I could source a good set

External for maximum reduction of condensation.

Taylormade, Paragon. Several brands. More ideas will be along soon.

External every time, especially if you're trying to reduce condensation

External give the best insulation in hot & cold weather but internal are handy for use if wild camping or on aires where you might want to leave in a hurry without exiting the motorhome or for privacy if you don't have internal Remis blinds already fitted.
