Ok not for those who choose not to do the club sites...

We have just spent a very pleasant long weekend at wells next the sea at the pinewoods site. See pics elsewhere.

So. Same price per nite or less than both c&cc and c&mc. No fee paid per year to be there, result. No closing at silly times for cleaning so no inconvenience. Fully serviced pitch...free WiFi ...close to town. Beach etc. Spotless facilities. Flexible on staying late. Good hardstanding without grit or gravel....no policing wardens....
Top site.
Would suggest the two big 'club's take due note......

Have to say, seems a bit pricey for me !
They're charging £31/nt at the moment - I was in Castleton CAMC last week for £37 for three nights .

So whilst I'll agree there are things the "clubs" don't get right... price isn't one.

Looks a nice site, but quite a bit more expensive from April onwards than a C&CC club site we were on in Cambridge.
We never worry if the toilets are closed for an hour. We have our own facilities built in.....
