I am a little confused by specifications on various dealers websites and on Burstners website itself so can any knowledgeable Burstner owners/ex owner/just knowledgeable people help?

Looking at a van at a dealer and it states it has a 'winterpack'. According to them winterpack includes 'Gas Heater Combi 6E' Burstner website also states this as part of the winterpack BUT...it is also stated as the standard heating system.

Dealer says Winterpack includes:
Heavy Duty Alternator 180Ah,
Heated Driver And Passenger Seats,
Gas Heater Combi 6E,
Electric Underfloor Heating.

Burstner website says winterpack include
  • Heated drivers seat
  • Heated passenger seat
  • Gas Heater Combi 6 E
  • Electric Underfloor Heating
  • Heated and insulated Wastewater Tank and Discharge

So main question: Whats is the standard heating system on the Burstner and does the winterpack actually have any impact on this. I thought the standard system was the Trumna Gas/Electric anyway.

I would think the standard heating will be the truma 6 which does not have electric heating of 1800w

Normally on German vans Contenental supplied vans have a gas only Combi, British dealer supplied ones normally have the gas + electric Combi.

Our 2019 Burstner came with the combi 6E as standard 900 or 1800 electric and gas. Warms the van ok but heavy on gas. No winter pack. Has ducted air outlet by fresh water tank and dump valve thats it. No heated seats or under floor heating.
