Burstner Flooring

The vinyl flooring has lifted in the middle of the floor area covering approximately 400mm x400mm
We have been back to the dealer who said he has done it but within 2 days it had lifted again
Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did it get fixed

Burstner has been having problems for over a year with lifting floor covering. The tried a less toxic glue that has failed. The are repairing/replacing them FOC. Most seem to be taking them to Parts UK in Lincoln. Contact them

This is a well known problem and Burstner have appointed Camper UK to carry out the repairs on behalf of smaller dealers.

How old is your van. I have a 2016 Burstner and think I have the same problem.

Now you've got me thinking. Any particular van or area of the van? I've got the carpets down so have not looked - yet!

Between the bathroom(midships) and the kitchen. Very close to a heater outlet.

It seems a common problem with Burstner.It always seems to be in the same place near the kitchen area.

2019 van.

My 2019 is fine and I think you would still feel it move even under the carpet. It becomes loose from the floor and seems to bubble up.

It was only a problem with a selection of vans over a certain time period. Burstner put there hands up straight away and are are repairing all faulty floors FOC on any van that has suffered.
Camper UK are repairing them as fast as possible.
Contact them and book a slot for yours to be repaired FOC
