We stayed at Camping Memling on the outskirts of Bruges, a short bus ride to the City centre. A lovely site with a lovely amenity block - heated floor, plenty of hot water and spotlessly clean. Discovered some lovely beers, Golden Carolus being a favourite, drank lots of hot chocolate and sampled plenty of food.

We love to spend new year in Bruges doing it for the second time this year going across on the 27th dec. We stay on the Aire easy walk into town and 15 euros a night. New year is in the large main square and everyone brings a bottle of bubbly to open at 12 midnight then a very good firework display great night
