.
I have a new breakdown warning triangle and a broken one.

I have been thinking what to do with the broken one.
then I remembered when we went to a caravan site in Norfolk we up stumps and took the caravan down to a dealers so as we could match some of the sockets and switches. Anyway when we
got back the pitch we were on was taken by another caravan. There were still places to go on the site so that. what we did.

I had noticed a motorhome on a site we were on had gone for the day and left a reg plate on a stick. I assumed it was to say this plot was taken and paid for by the motorhome with that registration .

so with that in mind I have made my own reserved and paid for pitch notice, swifty the Moho is small enough to use for day trips out.

so I only used the bottom of the triangle drilled a hole in the back section so I can. Fix it down with a tent peg. Image 1
And used a bit of the reflector on the top…

I wonder if that would work on an aire or wildcamping spot?
Not sure about reserving/ maintaining a place on an Aire...we were in Archena a couple of weeks ago....it was rammed...we got a spot...after all why shouldn't we...we are Spanish tax payers.😀 ( Don't go there) one place had a home made barrier...a couple of water bottles and a bike trailer but...no motorhome...Tempted, well yes ..sure I was...but I thought...perhaps they have special needs....whatever...I was having a good day... didn't need conflict...only wish I had...they returned...no special needs other than their claim to a small piece of Spain and they encroaching onto the Belgians sunnier adjoining pitch. ..imagine them returning and demanding that I moved....call the Guardia I would have advised....providing I didn't damage their possessions nothing could have been done....remember I have Spanish residential status, and my tax pays for the Police officer who is there to keep the peace..
The bottom line is...we all should share, not claim anything as being ours or theirs...which clearly isn't....Currently got two warning triangles as these items of little worth are being replaced with flashing warning lights here in Spain....might think of some use of these over this period of dampness here in Murcia...😀😀👍🇪🇦

I was only jesting Oh Please!

The sign I have made was and is intended to keep the space I have paid for and on the pitch I was designated.

just because a pitch is empty does not mean it’s not booked just because your out for the day.
apart from leaving all the contents of the Moho laying around this was the polite way of saying we’re out but coming back.

Quite right too....... Safer than leaving the EHU lead and/or waste carriers/chairs out ready to be liberated by someone else

Guessed so....but I've had this little tale stored in my "Little Tale Library" waiting for an opportunity to come along...and then it came.....thank you kind sir for giving me the chance to air my view, vent my disgust of how some folk claim a piece of land that the dear Lord provided just for them....
ps. we currently have a major antisocial problem on the Spanish coast.....we are a bit annoyed, as you might guess...(y)
