Brittany Ferry Voucher, has anyone managed to transfer one?

Hi, we had to cancel our Brittany ferry to Spain at the beginning of March, they sent a voucher for £380, but stated that it could not be transferred. With the state of the world in general and our health in particular, we have decided that going abroad is no longer an option so I wondered if anyone had been able to transfer a voucher in the past and how they managed to do it.

Any advice is appreciated.
