I've always booked the flexible tickets since they were introduced, they cost a bit more but not massively so and I prefer the, er, flexibility.

If you make a booking under new term, you are accepting travel vouchers as opposed to refunds. That’s my understanding

Thanks for the reminder, I'm going to shift my September booking to next March too. It was originally for March 2020!

We are going to do the UK this autumn.
