One of our ramps has snapped - no damage done other than to the ramp . It’s 7 months old been used about a dozen or so times and in this instance was in a hard gravel surface .
Is it just one of those things ? Before I make a fuss at the camping shop I got it from ?

No my pair used about half a dozen times have completely fell to bits

Ditto; Milenco plastic scrap within two uses. Faimma yellow jobs still going strong after 12 years despite much use and abuse

Find the two sets of Milenco ones I have been using very good, and heavily abused. Thule ones before that soon failed.

Fiama were crap. Current Milenco one's have been going for over 6 years now.

unfortunately both sets I have had, cracked in the middle of the bottom, I can only assume they flex slightly if ground uneven, I have now made a base for them out of 2" timber which cured the problem.

Have had a set of Milenco Quatros for around 8 years, bit bulky to store but they've found a niche which works okay for us. I think, though, that you need to use them on fairly level ground, not necessarily completely level horizontally, but so that the entire base of the ramps are on the ground. I noticed once that the ramps had bent in the middle, fortunately without damage, but I'm sure they wouldn't put up with that too many times. I carry a pair of pretty rigid grass mats, to stop the wheels sinking into soft surfaces, and sometimes use them to support the ramps.

Milenco Quattro used for ten years and no problems, make sure there are no lumps under and drive up slowly to get a grip and to prevent the ramp sliding away (y)

Another Quattro fan, although we now have E&P as a preferred option 😁👍

All my Milenco stuff has fallen to bits (came with the van) now use homemade aluminium ramps.

The milenco triples seem more suited to light PVCs and caravans, but the quatros far more substantial

No mention of what make the ramps are, I’ve found the Fiamma jumbo ramps are made of a more substantial plastic and flex a bit without breaking.

My Milenco triples are over 10 years old, have been hammered and abused with three different vans and still in excellent condition.

BUT my Milenco minis have been hopeless, unfortunately. Collapsed during first season.

Well the dealer came good and replaced them free of charge with no question and no receipt - bless em

Milenco Quatros every time
Had ours 5yrs+ and no problem
Got about 1 tonne on each corner
Never even thought about failure, too much other stuff to worry about...

Never ever had any issues with the Fiamma ones we've had over the years, we park in some really out of the way places where the ground can be far from level and haven't ever cracked or bent one but we don't use them on ground that is 'lumpy' or means that the levellers aren't fully supported ... they are only meant to support the weight when it is spread over the whole of the base so if one bit isn't then it is asking for trouble.
