Boatmail or expost

As our planned downsizing is now rapidly heading away from bricks and mortar we have done all the extensive planning and have a 'postal' address planned but just wanted a back up and those 2 seem the favourite.
Any of the funsters use them? Any first hand recommendation...

I do indeed, have done for about ten years, no problems at all
used it when we were full timing, for V5, licence, insurance etc, still have my U.K. bank account registered with them
