Hi Folks!

Thanks in advance for any help

Just purchased a 2002 Mercedes Rapido 962M

First run out over the weekend, gas heating not working seems to heat water, probably fan issue ?

Anyone used something like this before?

have you got any error codes
Does it have a switch from auto to manual fan maybe
Can you hear a noise from it, does it get warm when you touch it
Trip switch in the boiler ?
and finally maybe ducting come loose somewhere

Is it a manual ignition? Can you put up a pic of the heater front? Some have an independent 12 battery to provide the spark which is accessed by removing the front of the gas heater. There are vids on YouTube to show you how.

Hopefully you may find an answer to your problem on here or suggestions on what to try ,it is often a hidden fuse , wrong control settings or bad connections , but if you do need a repair the e-bay one is www.arelectronics.co.uk and are often recommended by people on this forum, their website has more details. ( I have not used them myself)
