Warm & sunny here on the Costa Calida so we're planning to take the newly registered Hattie-Hymer exploring Murcia for a few days, but ...

We discover that we ain't got any Morrisons' bio laundry tabs left for the toilet (or if we do they're in a really good hidey-hole).
Can any locals point me in the direction of a supermarket that is known to sell bio washing (laundry) tablets, please. Lidl don't have them - that's where we shop.

Don't need any alternative suggestions; if n/a we'll go without as we can't risk putting chemicals into our eco-friendly biological sewage treatment plant.

Cheers 'n' Beers

We have bought ours from both lidl and Aldi, they don’t call them bio but can’t remember what they do in Aldi almat bio is in green package

What about Cosum, Mercadona, Carrefour, Dia et al? I'm trying to avoid traipsing around as none are on the doorstep
There’s no need to be sarky you asked for supermarket suggestions taking your attitude into consideration I would say go look yourself🙄

I haven't found any in the Aldi's in Lorca?

The OP will struggle with tablets except high end brands. More likely to get gel .Lidl's sell 'Formil activo' not the one with "color" on the bottle.
I use 'Neus ' activo from Family Cash store here in the centre of Lorca who took over the old eroski.

Have to say i haven’t been abroad since before Covid, i have used the powder mixed with a bit of water too. Aldi’s is Almat

I wasn't being sarky. I asked for specific information - do any forum members know which, if any, supermarkets are known to sell bio-tabs. Specifically so I don't waste time and diesel driving around looking for some.

If you have actually bought said product from Aldi in Spain, then say so and I'll thank you most graciously (that last bit's sarky ;) but I will appreciate it.)

Just "How about Aldi?" really wasn't much help, now was it?

Cheers 'n' Beers

Pity you had not put that in your original post wasn’t it?😊

I did .... I thought that I was quite explicit... third line of OP

Oh for goodness sake ... judging by the 'spatting' it seems as if some of you have been sniffing the stuff?

Tablets are convenient (obviously if you can get them) but we find them wasteful so in the past have used liquid/gel as that can be added/topped up as/when necessary, eg if we've just emptied the cassette and know we'll be able to do so again the following day we just put a small amount in as no point over-dosing and wasting the stuff.

Ages ago on MHF someone explained that they do not call it "bio" in Europe. I think they said instead look at the package and if it says "enzymes" or something like that, that is equivalent of Bio.

In France we simply look for the - 'contain enzymes'

It seems to indicate a bio washing liquid almost all are bio and they tend to specify ones that are non bio

Slightly off topic but seeing as we are talking toilets I thought I'd ask.
Do the various bio tablets/washing liquids do the business as good as or better than the Thetford chemicals apart from being bio and 'environmentally friendly'

IMHO yesterday they do a good job and smell better😊

We use bio liquid rather than tablets; easier to top up or only use a small amount if it is for a smaller quantity of waste and generally does a good job.

Sorry I'm a newbie, are you referring to these?

I would try this: Broken Link Removed

But we normally use Tesco's cheapie stuff. I do not know how good the Aldi stuff is.

We use the liquid it's Formil in Lidl or Almat in Aldi.
