Bilbao to malaga

First time on the ferry (always done euro tunnel). Going from Portsmouth to Bilbao with the motorhome and travelling down to south of Spain for about 3 months. Went down in summer when everywhere was open but a bit unsure in January.
Anybody able to help with places to stay etc and possibly along the south of Spain up to Benidorm.

Have you booked any sites yet? If not be prepared to be disappointed. The Spanish southern and south eastern coast is rammed over winter now days!

Assuming January is your intended travel time....it's very busy on the Costas..always have a back up plan....many sites and popular Camperstops are full...book ahead if you have the opportunity...

Head for Zaragoza..turn right A23 down past Tuerel come out just north of Valencia… then follow the coast…. Brilliant Route
