Evening all,

It has been announced by Brittany Ferries that, from 1st March, all their products and services on board will be displayed in Euro's only.

You will still be able to pay in Pounds Sterling at the appropriate daily rate.

BF ?
a TLA ?
Brittany Ferries ?

Not surprising really €/£ is almost at parity
Post office were offering €1,080 for £1,000 yesterday
Its only a matter of time before the £ sinks below the €.

(ahhh remember the heady days of €1.75 to the £1 !)

I do apologise Brains.

I have committed a sin that I myself have complained of in the past.

As any teenager will tell you, BF is normally Best Friend or Boy Friend.
Which means if they are charging for their services in Euro's takes on a whole different meaning .....

As a member of CV, (sorry? Club Voyage) they are, in a way, my best friend when it comes to the choice of how
to get across that bit of water.

I expect any card sales will be in Euros, or a choice of £ by the cardholder. Their daily rate won’t be the bank rate that is for sure.
